Who builds the energy transition

Developers, operators, owners, investors, manufacturers and service companies, with what they do and where they work.

Indicative What the figures mean

Works in: the countries a company names for its wind work (from its own website and reports), plus any where we map a farm it operates or owns. It shows reach, not assets.

MW on our map: the wind farms on our map that the company operates or owns, and the countries they're in. It can be lower than its whole portfolio, because not every farm records its owner.

Roles: a company can have more than one (a developer that also operates, say), so the role counts add up to more than the total.
